It has been 3 days since I did this but I was embarrassed on the amount of crap I ate… So here is day 5.
Oatmeal
Apple
Two Oreos(my biggest weakness)
Slice of Bread with Cream Cheese
Minestrone soup
2 Slices of bread with Butter
Broccoli
Green beans
Perigees

Exercise
3 mile run
NTC Abs

Hello! I am a 16 year old high schooler that is ready to do something about their body. I am 5 foot 5 and currently 154.4 pounds. My goal weight is 130 pounds. I hope by this June I will be at 130. Follow me through my journey to hopefully get there in 6 months!
