Don’t forget

I just had a really bad two days of eating. Already up to 153. I have to remember why I am doing this. I need to change my eating habits. I know I can drop 23 pounds. I just get really weak when I am around food, I just can’t forget what I am doing this for.

Hello! I am a 16 year old high schooler that is ready to do something about their body. I am 5 foot 5 and currently 154.4 pounds. My goal weight is 130 pounds. I hope by this June I will be at 130. Follow me through my journey to hopefully get there in 6 months!
