I just went for a 3 mile run burning 354 calories in 28:38 minutes! By the end of the week I want to get the time down to 27 minutes, I think that is a reasonable goal. Now off the work out my abs with the Nike Training Club app.
Hello! I am a 16 year old high schooler that is ready to do something about their body. I am 5 foot 5 and currently 154.4 pounds. My goal weight is 130 pounds. I hope by this June I will be at 130. Follow me through my journey to hopefully get there in 6 months!
